I want to say that the new anti-inflammatory (Lodine, 500mg twice a day) my doctor prescribed is working, but it’s too soon to tell and I don’t want to jinx it.

I hope it keeps working. I think I found your blog a few years ago (don't remember exactly how) and I am always interested in your progress with RA. My mom has it and I had a weird episode a few years ago that was treated as if it was RA. I haven't experienced that kind of swelling and pain again, but I remember how awful it was and I really hope you get yours under control. Keep writing!

Thanks for your encouragement, Ann. Happy to hear your RA-like episode was short-lived. I am hoping mine will be as well, and I will keep typing with however many fingers it takes!
