Sunday night we had dinner with an LA friend of ours, and today we are having lunch with another LA friend. These two LA friends happen to be best friends, but I don't think their two visits were coordinated. I'm not even sure there was overlap, that they were even able to hang out while they were both in NYC. One is here on a press junket for a film, the other is in town for a PR conference of some kind.

It was fun catching up on Sunday, hearing about what our whole LA gang is up to. Today we'll get a different perspective, I'm sure. And we finally get to eat at Peels which I'm very excited about! I love their pastry chef's blog.

Tomorrow I am going to a semi-formal weenie roast invitational in upstate NY. I'm hoping it won't be too hot or my dress will lose its poof and so will I.
